Your use of the fc78 Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your fc78 account.

Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and residential address. fc78 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of your registration information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fc78 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

You agree to notify fc78 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. fc78 will not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

fc78 may, at its sole discretion, suspend or lock an account if unusual activity is detected, including but not limited to: multiple failed login attempts, login from unrecognized devices or IP addresses, or activity patterns inconsistent with normal player behavior. In such cases, identity verification will be required before access is restored.

fc78 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, Metrobank online banking, and authorized e-wallet services. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your fc78 balance instantly.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Verified accounts in good standing are eligible for same-day processing of withdrawal requests submitted before the daily cut-off time communicated in the Platform's withdrawal section.

All financial transactions on the fc78 Platform are subject to the following conditions:

• You may only deposit and withdraw using payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party payment accounts are not permitted.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal gaming entertainment. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fc78's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim.

fc78 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any disruption to your gaming experience caused by:

• Internet connectivity issues, network outages, or device failures on your end;
• Scheduled or emergency platform maintenance;
• Force majeure events, including natural disasters, acts of government, or telecommunications failures;
• Third-party payment provider delays or errors;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

fc78 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Republic of the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By creating an fc78 account and accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of customer support.

fc78 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any associated policy;
• Failure to pass or refusal to complete identity or age verification;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months;
• Receipt of a valid regulatory directive from PAGCOR or another competent authority;
• Voluntary account closure requested by the account holder.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in a verified account in good standing will be refunded to the account holder's registered payment method, net of any outstanding bonus commitments. Balances associated with accounts closed for Terms violations may be forfeited at fc78's discretion.

fc78 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect, except where an earlier effective date is required to comply with a regulatory directive or applicable law.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and fc78 arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through fc78's internal dispute resolution process, which can be initiated by contacting our support team via live chat at fc78.asia. fc78 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavor to reach a resolution within 14 working days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR as the regulatory authority overseeing fc78's operations. Unresolved disputes may ultimately be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
