fc78 operates under PAGCOR's online gaming authorization and conducts data processing activities in accordance with both PAGCOR's regulatory requirements and the NPC's data protection framework. A designated Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed to oversee fc78's compliance with applicable data protection laws. You may contact the DPO through the channels described in Section 15.

fc78 collects the following categories of personal data in connection with your use of the Platform:

fc78 collects personal data through the following means:

• Direct submission: Information you voluntarily provide during account registration, identity verification, deposit and withdrawal requests, and when contacting customer support.
• Automated collection: Technical data collected automatically when you access and use the Platform, including through cookies, log files, and similar tracking technologies as described in Section 7.

• Contractual necessity: Processing required to fulfill our obligations under the fc78 Terms & Conditions, including account management, game delivery, payment processing, and customer support.
• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with Philippine law, including PAGCOR regulations, anti-money laundering requirements under the AMLA, age verification under gaming regulations, and tax reporting obligations.
• Legitimate interests: Processing for fraud detection, platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, and internal analytics, where such interests are not overridden by your privacy rights.
• Consent: Processing for direct marketing communications and optional personalization features, where you have provided explicit, informed consent that may be withdrawn at any time.

• Creating, verifying, and maintaining your fc78 account, including confirming that you meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years;

• Improving the Platform's functionality, security, and user experience through internal data analysis.

The fc78 Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enable core Platform functionality, maintain your login session, and improve your experience. The categories of cookies used on the fc78 Platform are:

• Essential Cookies: Required for the Platform to function correctly, including maintaining your authenticated session after fc78 login and enabling game functionality. These cannot be disabled without impairing the Platform.

fc78 does not sell your personal data. We may share your personal data only in the following limited and defined circumstances:

• Payment processors: Financial data shared with GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other authorized payment service providers for the sole purpose of processing your transactions.
• Identity verification providers: Identity data shared with authorized KYC and age verification service providers engaged to fulfill fc78's PAGCOR-mandated player verification obligations.
• Game content providers: Limited technical data shared with licensed game studios (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Jili, JDB) where required for game delivery and certification. These providers process data solely in accordance with fc78's instructions.

All third parties with whom fc78 shares personal data are required by contract to process that data only as instructed, maintain appropriate security measures, and comply with applicable Philippine data protection law.

fc78 retains personal data for no longer than is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, subject to the following minimum retention periods required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations:

• Account and identity data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required under PAGCOR's online gaming regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years as required by the AMLA and its implementing rules.
• Gaming history: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years for dispute resolution, regulatory audit, and responsible gaming monitoring purposes.
• Customer support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last interaction, unless a longer retention period is required by a pending dispute or investigation.
• Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of your account and for two (2) years following account closure, to demonstrate compliance with consent requirements.

Following the expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized. fc78 conducts annual data retention reviews to ensure compliance with these schedules.

fc78 implements appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. These measures include:

• 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption for all data transmitted between your device and fc78's servers;
• Encryption of sensitive personal data at rest within fc78's database infrastructure;
• Role-based access controls ensuring that fc78 personnel can access personal data only on a strict need-to-know basis;
• Multi-factor authentication requirements for access to internal systems containing player data;
• Regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments by independent cybersecurity professionals;
• Comprehensive audit logging of all access to personal data systems;
• Staff training on data protection obligations and security practices.

While fc78 takes all reasonable precautions to protect your personal data, no security system is entirely impenetrable. You also have an important role in protecting your data — particularly by keeping your fc78 login credentials confidential and enabling two-factor authentication on your account.

The fc78 Platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years and above as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR's online gaming regulations. fc78 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals below this age threshold.

If fc78 discovers or is notified that an account has been registered by an individual who is under 21 years of age, that account will be immediately suspended, all personal data collected will be deleted promptly, and the matter will be reported to PAGCOR in accordance with fc78's regulatory obligations. Any deposits made by such an account may be refunded to the payment source.

The fc78 Platform may contain references or functional connections to third-party services (such as payment gateways and game providers) that operate under their own privacy policies. This Privacy Policy applies solely to data processed by fc78 in its capacity as personal information controller.

When you use a third-party payment service such as GCash or PayMaya to make a deposit or withdrawal, that transaction is also governed by the privacy policy of the relevant payment provider. fc78 is not responsible for the data practices of third-party service providers beyond the contractual obligations described in Section 8 of this Policy.

fc78 reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, legal requirements, or regulatory obligations. Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, not less than fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was most recently revised. Your continued use of the fc78 Platform following the effective date of any amended Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
